Dear Friend

Hi my name is Jessica Richards, I am 36 years old mother of, 2 Gorgeous children.

On the left, is a photo of me with my husband and children at Christmas 2007. It is the only photo I can find where you can see my full figure all the other photos I seem to be hiding behind someone or something.

I am sure I am not alone here when I talk about my post baby belly as awful! I never had much of a belly before I had kids but since having them I have struggled to get rid of it. It was really getting me down. I was also carrying those 8 extra kilos that I just could not shake after the birth of my 2nd child. I have tried numerous diets and fads but nothing seemed to work. I searched high and low on how to get a flat tummy.

I was just at the end of my tenther when I found this amazing program and it showed me how to get a flat tummy as well as lose fat from other areas like my hips and thighs. I thought right I am going to give this a real go and I really had to get my mindset right before I started.

Any way I started on the program by a young married couple. I was a little skeptical at first but thought I am really ready for a change. So I began, I told all my friends and family what I was doing so I had their support, my husband was really fantastic he spurred me on when I was feeling like chocolate and lots of it... I am telling you the truth here it was not easy but it sure was worth it. As you can see by the photo on the right, yes that is the new me......(January 2009) I know it is hard to believe it spins me out every time I look at my before and after photos what a difference.

I feel fantastic and this program really works. I lost the 8 kilos I wanted to and lost about 4 inches from around my tummy plus inches from all other places. This Program is not just about getting the perfect tummy it is about the whole picture. New way of living really.

I had my hair cut short and I feel a Million Dollars. When I first met my husband 10 years ago I had short hair and he loved it, but when I had the kids and was fatter around the face I didn't think short hair suited me. My husband made me promise that when I lost the weight I would get my hair cut short again, so I did it for him (well that is what he thinks), I love it short too. As you can probably see I am glowing if I do say so myself, I am feeling absolutley amazing and I could not have done it without this amazing Program. In my opinion, this is way more superior and far more effective than any other diet I have been on before. Obviously eveyone is different but it worked extremely well for me.

Anyway, I hope you have found this information useful and maybe it will make you realise if I can do this, so can you too. I tell you what, the feeling I feel now with my slim waist and tight butt I would love you to feel this way too. My kids love it aswell as they really notice such a big difference in their Mummy. I am not as grumpy and I love to get out and play with them all day everyday. And as you can imagine my husband can not keep his hands off me, but I will not go into that...ahh!!! too much information.
